I’m Wendy, a registered psychotherapist. The years after 50 often bring quiet reflection. Roles shift, losses accumulate, priorities change. You may be wondering what this next chapter could hold — or simply wanting to feel more steady and like yourself again. Therapy offers a respectful, supportive space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity. I’d be honoured to walk this journey with you.

Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I live and work on the treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit. As a settler, I’m grateful to be here and recognize the deep care First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples have shown this land since time immemorial. I also acknowledge the harm caused by colonization and the ongoing impact of displacement on Indigenous peoples. As a therapist, I’m committed to continued learning, respecting Indigenous healing practices, and supporting reconciliation grounded in mutual respect and shared responsibility.
